These converted farm buildings are rurally located, only 2.5 miles from Woodchurch and with easy access to Ashford International and the Channel Tunnel. The cottages benefit from use of the owners well stocked coarse fishing lake located nearby. The family strive to ensure that all their guests have an enjoyable and pleasurable stay in a happy environment and lovely setting. Garden: Enclosed compact garden with patio and lawn. Garden table, chairs, recliners, umbrella plus a built-in barbecue are all provided for guests' use. Opposite the cottages is a secure shed for storage of bicycles.
Parking: Parking is available directly in front of the property.
Heating: Oil Fired Central Heating.

Notes: Less able and wheelchair friendly. There is an interconnecting door between the cottages thereby offering the facility for 2 families to be together - 10% reduction on joint booking. Unlimited Telephone and Broadband £15 per week. This is a family run working arable farm with harvesting and some agricultural machinery movement during certain periods - therefore, with safety in mind, all children need to be supervised. A security deposit of £50 is payable on arrival at the property.
