The small village of Trunch is an ideal location for discovering the many different aspects of Norfolk. You may enjoy a walk along the sandy beach at the traditional seaside resort of Mundesley, which is just two miles, or perhaps a boat trip on the Norfolk Broads, which is ten miles away. The market town of North Walsham has a range of shops, pubs, and restaurants and is three miles away, with Trunch having a highly recommended village shop and a pub. Map Ref: A7
Robin Cottage is prettily situated on a side road at the edge of a complex of traditional farm buildings, now modernised and converted into contrasting dwellings, which display the blend of flint and red brick so distinctive of the North Norfolk coastal area. A fine local network of enlarged and well developed footpaths surround the cottage, and make for excellent walking. The North Norfolk "quiet lane" system connects many of these footpaths, which pass through woodland, with pond and stream networks. The cottage provides most comfortable accommodation, which feels like a real home from home. Shop: 200 yds Pub: 0.25 miles
